A. Warranty Precautions

A-1 Failure of the merchandise due to improper use is not covered by the warranty.

A-2 If the returned merchandise is not found to have product quality problems after inspection, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

A-3 Dust and dirt on the tires may be caused by factory delivery, inspection or in transit.

A-4 Tires or handlebars with color will be discolored under the sunlight, please keep them in a dark place.

A-5 Adjusting the saddle while the seat post clamp is locked can cause scratches on the seat post. Please adjust the saddle height with the saddle clamp loosened.

A-6 Due to the printing of the outer box, pigments may be attached to the clothing, so please be careful when handling.

A-7 When opening the box, please pay attention to the sealing staples so that they do not cause scratches to clothing or skin.

A-8 The price, appearance and configuration may be changed without prior notice due to product improvement and other reasons.

A-9 The actual size and weight will have a small error with the official data, which is within the normal range.

A-10 This warranty is not a theft insurance.

B.Out of Warranty

The following cases are not covered by the warranty even if they are within the warranty period.

B-1 Accidents and damage to the vehicle caused by failure to comply with the [Warning and Caution] items described in this manual or the following precautions.

B-2 Failure to comply with the assembly method described in this manual resulting in vehicle failure and damage.

B-3 Malfunction and damage caused by improper use by the user.

B-4 Failure and damage caused by natural disasters such as earthquake, lightning, fire, flood, corrosion, gas corrosion and other external factors.

B-5 Failure and damage of the vehicle caused by transportation, handling and dropping after opening the box.

B-6 Vehicle breakdown and damage caused by impact, fall, impact of road height difference, ditch fall

B-7 Damage of the vehicle caused by carrying people.

B-8 Damage caused by violation of laws and traffic regulations.

B-9 Unreasonable modifications resulting in vehicle breakdowns and damage.

B-10 Breakdown and damage caused by improper daily maintenance and storage.

B-12 Damage caused by improper adjustment of brakes and transmission.

B-13 Improperly assembled screws with slippery threads (including the foot pedal is installed backwards, and the screws do not reach the specified torque value when locked).

B-15 Failure and damage caused by the vehicle not being fully adjusted.

B-16 The vehicle breakdown and damage caused by improper use or accident as determined by our technicians.

B-17 If the warranty is damaged or lost.

B-18 Failure and damage of the vehicle caused by insufficient adjustment or wrong adjustment method and insufficient understanding of the vehicle structure.

B-19 Failure to perform initial and periodic adjustments after assembly resulting in vehicle failure and damage.

B-20 Vehicle breakdown and damage caused by high intensity use, mountainous terrain, and uneven road use.

B-21 Leasing or transferring to others for use

B-22 Transferring, second-hand store purchase of the vehicle is not covered by the warranty.

B-23 The deterioration of paint, metal, resin and plastic caused by improper maintenance and storage.

B-24 Rubber products such as tires, inner tubes, brake blocks, etc. Wear and deterioration of rotatable items such as pedals, bearing, chain.

B-25 Nails, glass, debris, stones and other sharp substances caused by flat tires, vehicle failure and breakage.

B-26 Sensory phenomenon (sound, vibration) without affecting the use of the paint surface of small scratches.

B-28 Self-modification, disassembly, replacement of non-original parts.
