Product assembly

1. Depending on the model, our products will be delivered in 75% to 98% assembly. For the unfinished assembly part, please assemble the product by yourself. Please understand that the tools required for assembly and debugging may need to be prepared by the purchaser.

2. The time and cost required for assembly are not covered by the warranty and will not be covered by our company.

3. For the assembly, we will not be responsible for the assembly cost of the product found to be defective but actually occurred.

Brake and transmission commissioning

1. Our products will be inspected and each part will be debugged before delivery. However, the brake line and transmission line will be stretched and loosened during transportation, and these problems are within the normal range. At the same time, the air of the tires sometimes leaks, and these problems need to be sloved by purchaser. These problems do not belong to the initial bad category, please understand.

2. Please understand that the purchaser is responsible for any costs incurred in the commissioning process, which will not be accepted by our company.

3.Regarding the initial bad shifting, it is often misunderstood as flywheel deflection (more obvious when the wheels are idling), which is normal. Also more often than not, simply adjusting the shifting cable stretch and adjusting the screws, the problem can be improved. When we deal with the same problem and find that there is no defect or flaw in the product, we will deal with it according to A-2 and B-12. For repair, shipping cost, etc., we will make a request.

Repair and maintenance

We will not accept repairs and maintenance outside the scope of the product warranty, so please inquire at the nearest bicycle store in your location. If there is no bicycle store near your location, or if the bicycle store is unable to solve the problem you need send the product to us in a bikedboard box. During the period of packing, disassembly and secondary assembly, the purchaser has to solve the problem by himself. The buyer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs (excluding the initial bad reasons).For initial bad repair, after one repair, it will not be covered by the warranty.

Return and exchange

The following contents, are not accepted for return or exchange matters. Please be sure to confirm when you open the box.

1. Used products, resulting in dirt and wear on the exterior.

2. Incomplete attachments and loss of trademark markings.

3. Return of the product for the reason of incomplete parts.

4. The product is damaged or worn out due to the purchaser's own reasons.

5. Products that have been modified or processed by the purchaser.

6. Returns without product defects.

7. Request for return or exchange due to the purchaser's own circumstances.

Example: ・ The size is not suitable.

                ・ The color is not suitable ( Please understand that there may be some deviation between the physical product and the product picture due to pixels and lighting).

                ・ The product is not the same as imagined.

※ If the purchaser voluntarily pays for the round-trip shipping and return handling fees, we will accept them according to the situation.

8. In order to avoid the bike frame from being knocked in transit, we will pack it to the maximum extent. However, for minor bumps and dents, they are force majeure.

9. We do not accept direct refund business, please contact the seller if you need.

Initial defective parts, defective parts and missing parts

In the case of initial defective parts, we will provide replacement parts free of charge as a treatment method. In this case, it is necessary for the purchaser to replace the part himself/ herself.

1. The initial defect will be handled within one week after receipt of the product by the purchaser, and the purchaser will be required to take a photo or video of the cause of the defect and send it to us.

2. Please understand that the initial defect is limited to accessories and parts only.

3. If the parts are found to be incomplete or defective, we will provide replacement parts free of charge, but the purchaser must replace the parts himself, and will not bear the rest of the cost.

4. Please understand that during the processing period, we cannot provide substitute products for the purchaser's use.

Storage of outer biketons and packaging
A6

Biketons and packaging for packaging must be handled after the product is determined to be correct.

We will not accept or incur additional charges for returns or exchanges without packaging and outer biketons.
