When the bicycle is assembled

・The direction of the fork is in the upside down state, and the wheel is installed incorrectly.

・The handlebars are oriented in a state where they can be rotated 360°, and the brake cable and shifter cable alignment is tangled, etc.

There are many reasons for making a strange noise, which is caused by friction with other objects. Please check if the end of the brake cable is in contact with an object or if the packaging is rubbing against other objects, etc.

For products with wide body rims, is there any residual aluminum shavings inside after processing. Aluminum chips can be extracted from the hole of the air nozzle.

After the seat tube is inserted into the frame, lock it through the adjusting screw on the side of the seat tube clamp, and then pull the handle to fix it. If you still can't lock the seat tube, or if the seat tube can't be inserted into the frame at first.Please check the correct size of the seat tube and contact us for a solution.

For products with Presta Valve nozzles, a Presta Valve-to-Dunlop Valve conversion air nozzle will be provided (for the Japanese market only), and only one per product. When using the front wheel and the rear wheel alternately. When you receive the product, it is usually mounted on the wheel, or placed in a small box.

Please dispose of the packaging by yourself after confirming that there is no problem with the product.

For some of the products, the front and rear wheels are fixed with screws, and the screw caps are provided for the screw-fixed cars. It is generally used for the axle part of the wheel and the upper end of the handlebar stem.

Apply lubricant, or adjust the adjusting screw at the end of the fixed handle to fix, please refer to manual P12.
